Dr. Samantha graduated from the University of Liege (Belgium) in 2011 with a degree in veterinary medicine, followed by a rotating internship there. She completed her research on the effect of leptin (the satiety hormone) on the cardiovascular system and obtained a PhD degree from the University of Brussels (Belgium) in 2016. Following this, Dr. Samantha began her training to become a cardiology specialist at the University of Bristol (United Kingdom) in 2016 and earned the title of American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine diplomate (cardiology) in 2022. Dr. Samantha then worked as a senior cardiologist at a large veterinary hospital in the United Kingdom. Recently, she has relocated to Hong Kong and joined us.\u00a0<\/p>

Dr. Samantha is a dedicated cardiologist with a particular passion for interventional cardiology. Her commitment to providing the highest standard of care for her patients is evident in her approach to her work. She loves to work in a multi-disciplinary hospital environment, where she can collaborate with other specialists and find the best and most appropriate treatment strategy for the animals. Dr. Samantha also contributes to the field by regularly sharing her knowledge through lectures for veterinarians interested in cardiology.<\/p>

In her free time, Dr. Samantha enjoys being outdoors for long walks and spending time with her three children, husband, and black Labrador.<\/p>
