The treatment plan comprised rehydration and correcting electrolyte imbalance, continuous nursing care\ud83d\udc69\u200d\u2695\ufe0f, and providing early enteral nutrition \u2013 a therapy that is essential for critically ill patients. At HVSEH, we provide enteral nutrition using specialized nasogastric tubes and specifically tailored to nutritional needs.<br \/><br \/>After a few days of hospitalization, the whole team is very happy to send Gigi home \ud83c\udfe1 as he managed to eliminate the sand from his gut and went back to his happy and cuddly self!
