He has always been the heart of his family. But recently, life threw him a challenge no one expected.<br \/><br \/>Ah Fu was diagnosed with a large tonsillar squamous cell carcinoma. The cancer had already spread to his retropharyngeal lymph node and lungs, causing severe difficulty eating and trouble breathing. He also had a large heart base mass causing fluid in the chest. It was devastating news, leaving his family heartbroken and the future uncertain.<br \/><br \/>Still, Ah Fu\u2019s spirit never wavered. Under the expert care of a Specialist in Veterinary Oncology, Dr. Antonio Giuliano, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed. Radiation therapy was recommended as part of his care, and he underwent a carefully planned four\u2011session palliative radiation course. He also received targeted treatment for the metastases in the lungs and heart base tumour.<br \/><br \/>Week by week, we saw a transformation.
