Orthopedic Surgery
Whether your animal has a fracture, joint issue, or congenital condition, our orthopedic surgery services can restore mobility and improve their quality of life. We specialize in procedures such as fracture repair, cruciate ligament stabilization (TPLO, CCWO, CBLO), arthroscopy, and joint replacements, using the latest techniques to ensure optimal recovery and long-term success.
Soft Tissue Surgery
From life-saving emergency procedures to planned interventions, our soft tissue surgery services address conditions affecting internal organs, skin, and other soft tissues. Common procedures include abdominal surgeries, wound reconstruction, and treatment of respiratory or urogenital issues. We prioritize minimally invasive techniques, such as laparoscopy, to reduce discomfort and recovery time.

Oncologic Surgery
When cancer is part of your animal’s diagnosis, surgical intervention may play a critical role in their treatment plan. Our oncologic surgery services focus on the removal of tumors, reconstruction, and working closely with oncology specialists to provide a multidisciplinary approach. We emphasize compassionate care tailored to your animal’s individual needs.
Neurosurgery
For animals suffering from neurological conditions such as intervertebral disc disease, spinal trauma, or brain tumors, our neurosurgery services offer hope and healing. Using advanced imaging and surgical techniques, we address complex conditions affecting the nervous system to improve your animal’s mobility, comfort, and quality of life.
At every step, our surgical team works in collaboration with other specialists, including anesthesiologists, to ensure your animal receives seamless, holistic care from diagnosis through recovery.

FAQ
Is surgery risky for older animals?
Surgery in older animals is as safe as it is in younger animals, provided no major co-morbidities exist. We often use the phrase that “Age is not a disease”, and so if your elderly animal has a recommendation for surgery, it is because our team has assessed them thoroughly, and determined that the expected benefits of the surgery outweigh any possible risk.
What do I need to prepare before my animal undergoes surgery?
For most owners, no special pre-surgical preparation of the patient is needed, apart from the obvious short period of fasting ahead of hospital admission. We always advise owners to consider and plan for the aftercare needs, to avoid any stress on discharge-day. Setting up animal crates, preparing a cone-collar or dressing can all be done in advance, and can make the post-operative period much less worrisome.
