Dr. Alvaro Jordan Castillo is passionate about providing exceptional emergency and critical care to animals and supporting their families during stressful times. He studied veterinary medicine at the University of Queensland in Australia, where he built a strong foundation in clinical care and teamwork.

Dr. Alvaro has worked in both Australia and Hong Kong, gaining extensive experience in busy emergency and referral hospitals. He has also led emergency departments in other hospitals, where he focused on building supportive teams and developing protocols to improve patient care and efficiency.

Dr. Alvaro has a particular interest and expertise in veterinary polytrauma, surgery, and respiratory medicine. He is committed to ensuring every patient receives the best possible treatment while families feel supported and informed throughout the process.

Outside of work, Dr. Alvaro enjoys life in Hong Kong with his wife, toddler, and three golden retrievers.
